Converting Bookends citations to BibTex Citations!!!!

Unfortunately, my knowledge of Bookends is rudimentary. I have created my document, inserting citations from Bookends. But, now I would like to use LaTex. But, how do I convert the citations within my document to BibTex compatible citations ? Would I have to do a search and replace, citation by citation or is there an easier way ?

That's what proofreading scans are for. Please read up on how they work in the User Guide (Help menu).
