It would be great if
— groups and folders could be alphabetically sorted
— PDF inside a group were automatically tagged with predefined group "tag"
— PDF metadata title and authors were filled with bookends corresponding field (I don't know how to optimise Bookends / Highlights app integration but it’s frustrating to have a DOI in bookends and no Highlights metadata fetching.)
— To have a switch for using proxy or not inside bookend browser

It's not automatic, but you can add a tag to many PDFs at once with Refs -> Global Change -> Modify PDF Tags
