Using the latest version of Bookends (v3.4.1) on iOS, sync set to iCloud.
Any suggestions?

First of all please try to resync your library:
1. Tap on the gear icon in the Sync row.
2. “Unlink this library from cloud…”
3. Sync with your existing library in the cloud.

If it doesn't help please re-download your library from the cloud (replacing the current library).

That’s what I wound up having to do (download).
There were a couple of static groups with the same id as the error was complaining about. I appended an ‘a’ and ‘b’ to them, but it still didn’t work. Hopefully I didn’t lose the refs in those folders.

Replacing the library shouldn't be a problem because those groups were added by Bookends as a duplicate of real groups - they can be deleted.
This bug that was fixed in the recent version. Replacing the library is the only one option to fix this problem.
