Ambiguous citation box for know citations

Post by Wobble »

Hi there,

I have been using Bookends with the same library for a while now.

Now, all of a sudden, when ever I do a scan, the "Ambiguous Citation" dialog box comes up for every citation, even for one it I have manually pointed to in the previous scan.

The reference is in the Bookends library with the same author, date and unique ID. so it should not come up as a ambiguous citation.
and the unformatted citation look like

{Creamer, 2008, #39469@23}

I am confused. can you please help explain what I need to do to fix it.

thanks,

Manny

Please make sure that the citation separator wasn't set to comma in Preferences.
