RIS import

Probably a newbie question.

I import a record in a RIS file, and I get something like this:

MACABASAG, Nora, «‚ÄúWHAT‚ÄôS IN A NAME?‚Äù: A STUDY ON THE MATTHEAN GENEALOGY (MT 1,1-17) Part Two», Revista B√≠blica 80 (2018) 153-172.

It should be:

MACABASAG, Nora, «“WHAT’S IN A NAME?”: A STUDY ON THE MATTHEAN GENEALOGY (MT 1,1-17) Part Two», Revista Bíblica 80 (2018) 153-172.

I definitely looks like an issue related to importing RIS characters. But I cannot figure out where to check and adjust this.

In the File menu, set the Import Text Encoding to UTF8.
