MS Word 365 plugin has disappeared

Hi,

After reinstalling MS Office 365 the Bookends plugin has disappeared. I could not find either Bookends.dotm or Bookends.scpt in their place (see image attached). I have a lot of customization for Bookends so I'm afraid of reinstalling it. Where can I download these two files?

Trash the file Installed Version.txt. The next time you run Bookends it will replace al the factory-default folders with fresh copies. Your custom folders will not be touched.
