I'm running Mac Catalina and Bookends 13.4.1, Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition, author-date. This is the first time the following has happened. I hope to get help ASAP because this is my dissertation; due tomorrow!

When scanning document:
• New document has no footnotes.
• Bibliography is missing most sources.
• Bibliography is single- instead of double-spaced.
• Last three pages of the document are in Calibri 9 point even though the default font in both Word and Bookends is Helvetica 12 point.

You've already done the right thing, emailing tech support, we'll handle this that way.

Thank you, Jon. The suggestion you shared to scan, not to create a new document, and not save the changes (just in case) did not work. I would share screenshots here (as I did with you by email), but, oddly, this board is saying my png's are too large. The screenshots are very small. I'm not sure what the issue is with this, but no matter.

Additionally, I have previously resolved in and entered into Bookends citations that when scanning the document says are “unmatched" or" ambiguous.” For the former, I have even checked to ensure the ID numbers are different although the citation dates are the same. The IDs are different.

Not on the forum, please, respond to tech support.
