iCloud New Group

as attached screen grab shows - there are multiple "New Groups" in iCloud ,, is this normal ? reflecting different databases or should app the pdfs be in one iCloud file?

Please show what's in the New Group folders. PDFs?
Bookends doesn’t create any subfolders there, and, yes, all files are stored just in the iCloud Folder even if different libraries are used.

hi Serge,
it looks like this - and as I look through they appear not to be duplicates ,,, ie: same authors but different publication dates
What should I do about this ?

I don't know where those folders came from. I suggest you move the PDFs out of those "Group" folders (where Bookends can't find them, BTW) and into the general pool Then delete the (now empty) folders.
