Hi, I am importing from google scholar using bookendes browser and I've noticed that page numbers and volume/issue numbers are not being added. Also, the journal names come out like this "Studies in second ...." rather than "Studies in second language acquisition"

Am I missing a setting?

That happens when Google isn't responding to the request for full metadata and Bookends has to scrape the HTML

Have you configured GS to show the link for importing citations, as described in the User Guide, or on the forum?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Just realized that I was logged into my personal account and not school and they had different settings.
