how to open multiple DOI based url?

I want to open multiple article's URL in the default browser, I can't right-click & "Go to URL" since it lands in pubmed page but I need to get to the publisher which can be done via right click > DOI > lookup article from DOI > default browser

However, the DOI lookup doesn't work when multiple articles are selected (sometimes I select 10 or more articles)? how can I do this? maybe an apple script?

Perhaps. You could grab the contents of each DOI field and iterate through them.
