Hi everyone,
For papers that have been published in Proceedings volumes, should the Address/City field be used for the location of the conference, or for the address of the publisher of the proceedings volume?
Also, going really basic, is the Conference Proceedings type designed for papers within a Proceedings volume, or for the volume itself? If the latter, presumably we should use Book Chapter for individual papers within the volume?
