Turabian 7th ed.

Post by slhuckstead »

I have modified Turabian to conform to the 7th edition. This covers 90% or more of all the formatting options in the standard. That being said I do not claim perfection or quirkiness with these. It has been a year since I have done any academic work, so I do forget all of the various ways to fill the different fields in the Reference Types, so you will have to experiment with special collections, interviews, sets, and series. I hope this is helpful.

Just so you know, when you need to use a Bibliography default format choose Turabian (7th ed) not Turabian footnote (7th ed). The footnotes file is linked to the Turabian file so that you have proper inline citation formatting.

One last thing-you will see a Reference Type marked as "Unused"--this is for Lectures. You will have to go into Bookends>Preferences>Refs and find "Unused" in the Reference Types and change that to "Lectures."
