Need Help formatting...

Post by daniel.bs »

Good Day, i would like the reference to appear like this:

19. Bristow MR, Saxon LA, Boehmer J, Krueger S, Kass DA, De Marco T, Carson P, DiCarlo L, DeMets D, White BG, DeVries DW, Feldman AM. Comparison of medical therapy, pacing, and defibrillation in heart failure (COMPANION) investigators: cardiac resynchronization therapy with or without an implantable defibrillator in advanced chronic heart failure. N Engl J Med 2004; 350:2140-2150.

In the text itself it should be like [19] or [19-21].

Please help me with the necessary settings, im not to good with computers.
Thank you very much!

This is a big topic, not something to cover in a thread (especially in a forum devoted to exchange of formats). You should refer to the tutorial pdf and user guide (both in the Help menu) to learn about formatting. Briefly, you have to create/edit a format that meets your needs. We have many (in Biblio -> Formats Manager) you can use as templates to get started if there isn't one you want already there.

Please use Biblio -> Create Format Catalog to see examples from every format we ship, and select one that's close to the one you want.

If you have further questions, please follow up off-forum to tech support directly (support@sonnysoftware.com).
