Add a RefSeq reference

Post by Sebastian Hesse »

Hello fellow Bookend users,

is there any way or optimal system how to integrate RefSeq entries into Bookends?

Thank you very much for your answers!

Basically, you'd enter the accession number in a user-defined field and, in a format where you're citing this, include that field. You might also need to do with for other elements (e.g. the RefSeq FTP release number, project, etc.) depending on the citation and your needs.
