Indent on Chicago 16B

Hello,
I am having a trouble to create bibliography list in styled text WITH indent on second + subsequent lines. Based on the forum postings here, I already (a) clicked "hanging indent" on Formats Manager and (b) tried copying & pasting all form the Bibliography Window to a word document. But...
1) If I click "styled text": I have all the titles italicized as desired, but no indent.
2) If I click "plain text": I have beautiful indent in each course but no italicization.
Could you guide me on this, please?
