Send the annotated pdf back to Bookends using PDF Expert

I'm not having any luck sending an annotated pdf back to Bookends On Tap using PDF Expert.
No problems using BOT Open In to get it too PDF Expert.
But whey I use the Open In (in PDF Expert) to try to get the annotated file back to BOT, BOT doesn't come up as one of the options.
Any suggestions welcome

It's a bug in iOS.

Try to delete some pdf apps and then reinstall BOT.

Just had to delete a couple of unused apps, and BOT appeared on the list (didn't have to reinstall) . Seems as though 10 apps is the max in iOS for the time being.
