In-App Purchase not recognized

Post by MBurer »

I have purchased the pro subscription. Every time I try to sync my library I get a message that the 50-reference limit has been reached and I need to purchase. I have restored purchases and still receive the error message. Any idea how to get the iOS app to recognize my purchase and sync my entire library?

Some information:
I have Bookends for Mac and currently sync my main research library to the cloud.
Bookends for iOS can see that library.
It doesn't appear to have problems syncing. It simply balks when it reaches 50 references and demands a purchase.

Thanks for the help!

Both subscriptions 'Standard Version' and 'Pro Features Yearly' should be purchased to have the full version with cloud sync. If both were purchased but Bookends for iOS doesn't recognize them please contact me directly: bookendsontap@sonnysoftware.com

Selflessly hijacking this thread....
Its not very clear in the app description. Does the standard version allow for normal wifi sync (i.e. like the old BoT)?

Yes, Bookends Wi-Fi sync is a part of the standard version.
Pro Features Yearly Subscription:
• cloud sync of references and attachments.
• multi-library support.

Thank you for the information. I assumed a Pro purchase would automatically include the functionality of Standard. I've purchased Standard and it is syncing fine now.
