sync "error in atomic zone"

I get a "Cloud Sync Error" when I try to sync my iPad to the cloud. The error message lists a record ID then says "will not be saved because of previous error in atomic zone".

I opened the sync preferences, unlinked the library, then synced again. But that still had the same error message.

(what is this ominous "atomic zone"? Do I need lead underwear? :-) )

"atomic zone" is the terminology from CloudKit framework from Apple.
Usually library resync fixes such type of problems... Maybe you will need to redownload your library from the cloud, but also please send a screenshot of the error message to support@referencesontap.com.
