Only last ref appear in citation

Only last ref appear in citation

I use word mac 2008. After I scan the document, only the last ref. appear in my document.
How to overcome this problem? Did not happen before.

Download Bookends 10.5.2 again and install it. If you still have problems, contact tech support.

Solved. I have to remove Bookends preferences in the library, quit and reopen Bookends, and re-register.
