Option-Shift combination broken in 11.0.7?

For some reason, I elicit no reaction from BE when I use the Option-Shift key combination to find the groups to which a reference belongs.

Is that a reproducible problem on your own systems and databases, or shall I contact customer support?

Works for me. (Bookends 11.0.7 on Mac OS X 10.6.4)

Works for me, too. Are you sure that key combination isn't being intercepted by another process? Other apps can "steal" certain key combinations.

Though I haven't yet taken a 'brute force' approach (quitting all apps and reloading them one-by-one), a quick look at some main suspects (Divvy, Cinch, TotalFinder) does not resolve the issue. I'll keeping looking—thanks.

The first quick test I'd do is reboot in Safe mode (Shift key held down), which should disable non-Apple background processes AFAIK. The try Bookends again.
