Bookends ignoring last citation

Bookends seems to be ignoring the last citation in my Pages document since the last update.
Any thoughts?

No, but I really can't diagnose anything based on a screen snap. You know I need an example Pages document, preferably 2 citations, and your database, both zipped so I can scan it myself.
