openURL search arguments

I was wondering what the openURL search arguments are for some libraries - am I mistaken in thinking that they differ from institution to institution? In particular, I was hoping to add the search arguments for the University of Toronto and the Libary of Congress to the Bookends preferences.

Those are the server addresses, but I've been unable to determine what text I should put in the search arguments box.

I don't know what those sources are looking for, but perhaps someone else who reads this will. Have you tried contacting the U of Toronto library and asking?
