How do you refer to a citation with a reference? Like: (Smith, 2008: 56; cited in Miller, 2010:111)?
Up until now, I have inserted both references {Smith, 2008 #14345@56} {Miller, 2010#124@111} and then fiddled them together somehow. But I am sure that this is not the way...
Any hints are very much appreciated
