Error in Surname only in Secondary order for Edited books

Hello,

I'm having a trouble getting rid of a comma in between Surnames in Secondary order for Edited books. This is how it appears now.

Stade, and Schwally (eds.), Critical Edition, 157.

I want to remove the comma (,) after 'Stade'. I tried all the options in Name Punctuation, but to no avail.

Please help me. Thanks.
