Reference Editing in BOT for iPhone

What information/fields can be edited in references using BOT for iPhone? I was thinking it could be a useful way quickly to add tags/notes to the reference database when I'm away from the computer. Is that possible?

Almost all fields are editable.
Tap the edit icon to allow manual editing of the reference’s contents.

I know you asked about the iPhone, but don't forget that on the iPad in BOT 1.1 you can enter/edit notecards while viewing the reference (no need to drill down to the edit fields options).
