User Guide (11.2.8) Corrections

A few minor suggestions for corrections to the User Guide (11.2.8)

p. 287: "From the pop-up menu at the upper left you can choose to search the library or, if there is one, the existing Hist List." — "Hist" should be "Hits."
p. 168: "Before – After – Comments" table, third row, first colum space + comma — second column should be a comma.
p. 171, "Between last names" examples: The use of periods after author initials is confusing and inconsistent. Sometimes there is a period, sometimes there is nothing, sometimes there is a comma, which is the point being illustrated.
