Moving field content

When I first imported all my references to BE, the contents of a book's series title went into a different field. Is it possible to use Global Change to swap content between fields within a single reference?

Global Change -> Move Field. That's one-way. If you want to swap fields, you need to go through a 3rd, empty, field.
