From my batch transfer of my research library from Sente to Bookends, I have some references that are lacking a lot of information (they are typically just identified by the file name of the original PDF). I'm wondering how I can update these references via the Bookends browser. For example, in the screen shot below, I have the incomplete reference marked in my BE library, and I have the full reference information available through a google scholar search - but I don't know how to export the latter into the former.

How do I update an existing reference from BE browser?

If the reference has a doi (or pmid or isbn) you can try Refs -> Autofill From Internet to get all the metadata.
If not, you can use Refs -> Autocomplete Paper (there must be an attachment for this option to be available).
