BE12 problems with PubMed?

Hi,

I have BE 12.0 installed and I don't seem to be able to use PubMed. The 'Online Search' feature isn't working and I can't seem to drag links from PubMed. If I import a pdf the 'Import from internet and then attach' also fails (the imported reference is blank). Any idea what is going on? A failed 'Online Search' can be seen here:

Doesn't work with Bookends 11 (or 10, or 9...) either. The PubMed direct search servers are down. When NCBI has fixed the problem searches will work again.
