new bibliography bug in v 12

Grouped citations in numbered endnotes are not being separated by a semicolon in v 12. (see attached screenshot)

Note also that the author formatting is incorrect (multiple authors no separated by commas).

In another style producing a bibliography, author formatting is incorrect and multiple authors are separated by paragraph returns (this shows up correctly in the Bookend preview, but is incorrect in Word). See second attachment.
