'Find new since last run' not working for Pubmed searches

Since upgrading to Bookends 12, I have been experiencing problems with PubMed searches. The searches themselves run fine, but each time I run a series of saved searches (common keywords etc) all results are downloaded. The checkbox at the bottom of the search page ('Find new since last run') is checked, but still all references come over. In many cases, this can be several thousand. In Bookends 11 all I got one of the new references. Is this a known problem with version 12, or am I doing something wrong?

Not a known problem. It's working properly for me. It's possible there's a problem with the filter itself. You might replace it from our ftp site (or write to me and I can send it to you).
