Citations Order in Mellel

Hi

I'm writing my thesis in mellel 3.2.4 and i'm using Bookends 11.3.6 for bibliography
i have changed Format of Biblio to cite only numbers in my text like this: [1] , with scanning document in mellel, everything is ok but order of numbers in my text are relative to order of citations in mellel list that is Alphabetical order. I want citations like below:

..............[1]..............[2]..............[3].

[1] b
[2] c
[3] a

not like this:

..............[2] .............[3]..............[1].

[1] a
[2] b
[3] c

Please check your format. Make sure "alphabetize references" in the bibliography options is unchecked.

it is unchecked now but same results are happening!
