I am using Bookends to generate a bibliography for an MS Word (Office for the Mac 2011) document. The automation process appears to work fine, except the resultant list is unformatted. I can manually apply a format, but the application never formats properly and I must tweak things like tab stops and numbering format.
Is there a way to change the default format for the Word Field that Scan inserts? Where do I look?

I'm not sure what you're seeing or asking. Please list exactly what steps you're taking, prior to and through the scan of the Word document.
