How to share refs with another BE user??

I've been using BE solo for a long time now, but am finally collaborating with people that are also using it. What is the best way to share references with each user so they can quickly get some of my references into their database? Is there any functionality like in EndNote where one user can extract the database info from the citation in Word? There seems to be plenty of info on how to deal with other reference management apps., but I can't seem to find examples of this case in the user manual. Any thoughts?

Bookends can insert/extract reference info from Mellel documents. But not Word.

The simplest way is export/import as "Bookends" files (File -> Export References -> Hits). Just drop these files on your library window and they'll import.
