Color Label Text in Main Tab

Post by dave83 »

Jon,

Last night I briefly saw a drop down menu for selecting the color label values in the main tab while editing references. It was between the reference unique ID and the ratings (stars) just below the reference type. I was able to use it on a few entries, but then could not get it to reappear. I initially thought the reference must have a value other than "No Status" in order for the field to appear, but I could not duplicate it or re-discover this feature.

As I use these color labels for my workflow status, I find this a desirable feature and would like to understand how to make it a consistent (permanent) feature.
Cheers,
Dave

Jon,

I was able to get a screen capture of the labels shown in the Main tab.

You have to make the width of the right pane sufficient to see the color label setting (with the small up/down arrowheads). If it's too narrow that control is made invisible.
