Can't Open Format - "Endocrinology"

Hi,

Need to make a biblio for the journal "Endocrinology". But get error message saying: Can't Open Format.

I have tried reimporting the Endo format from the ftp site and from within the Bookends app package. Still no go.

Some other formats have also been corrupted, but right now I need the Endo one!

Am running latest BE version on OS 10.10.5.

You should contact tech support and a fresh copy can be sent to you.

Jon,

Rebooted in safe mode, but problem persists.

Will contact tech support. Am I asking for fresh copy of BE or of the specific Endo format file?
