Bibliography Default Save to Disk

How can I set Biblio-Bibliography to always Send to Disk? When I open BE it's always set to Bibliography Windows even though I Set Default to Disk.

It's saved for the current session. It's reset to Bibliography Window when Bookends is relaunched.

Set Defaults does not specify that it's session default. I would like to submit a feature request for global default, not just session. BE continues to excel, and I think this would add to it.
