Custom citation format

Post by pepemac »

As appear in the user guide (pag 57) we can create and customize citation format. Different of "Author, Date, Unique ID”, by instance.
I create a custom format called “citation” (as you can see in the naps). But, when I press Cmd+Y, although all fields are cited correctly in scrivener, don´t apply styles defined in the window format design (color and bold, for example).
Moreover, the style defined in “Field Order” is not the same showed in ‘example bibliography’
Anyone knows where is the mistake :?:
Thanks in advance.

Bookends will not apply any styles to the temp citation. It's plain text. And even for bibliographies you can't apply color in the format. Only colored text from the actual reference would go through.
