Done. Imported Refernces: 0

Post by Philipp »

I wanted to import a reference from the clipboard (with content in the clipboard)but it didn't work. The message: "Done. Imported references: 0"
was displayed. Anybody who knows what went wrong?

No doubt the filter you selected didn't match the data you tried to import.

Take a look at the text and then at the filter and see for yourself.

Same problem from EndNote 5

Post by Eric_A »

I have the same problem trying to export from EndNote 5. First, I've export my database from EndNote in the 3 possible formats (.txt, .rtf, .html). After, I've try to open it (each format) with BookEnds in various ways with no success (drag and drop... EndNote filter is automatically recognized but I always have 0 reference on 163; via "file" or "clipboard" don't work either). I've also tried different "text encoding" and different filters with always a success of 0.

Someone has an idea? Thanks : )

Please refer to the Read Me for exporting/importing from EndNote. The details are...detailed.

Export as Refer (.txt), import with the EndNote (Refer) filter.
