Autocomplete PDF (Pubmed) error message

Autcomplete was working beautifully. Now, I get strange error messages:

An error has occurred: nil object
Click the E-Mail button to send your comments and the error details to Sonny Software. Click Cancel to dismiss this dialog.

Anyone encounter this?

When I try again, I get this error:

An error has occurred: error The network connection was lost.

Try Rebuilding your library. If that doesn't work, reboot your Mac.
