need help with format

hi,
i have a problem with one format i used regularly in all older versions of bookends which does not work anymore after updating to the newest version. when i try to use the bibliography formatter with this certain format (which was really a lot of work to compile) there comes this window "database engine error: -61" or "database engine error: internal error". the same message appears when i try to open and edit it with the formats manager. rebuilding does not help.
any hints for this issue?

This is really a tech support issue, not something for the forum. Please stuff/zip the format and send it to me. I see what I can do...
