[Feature request] Multiple labelling

Post by Johan_A_M »

Would it be possible to add multiple labelling? It would be fantastic to be able to mark a single reference with more than one label. For example, I could assign a green label representing "Read and annotated", an orange one as "Prio X", a blue one for "Good for grant applications" and a purple one for "Perfect for project Y".
I realise that the functionality today with coloured text would go missed, but I would very much prefer a column with for example coloured dots with the labels.

The use of Mac tags isn't really useful for this since I don't want to mix general tagging on my computer with specific tagging within a specific app.

Just an idea...
Very best

Thanks for the idea. I'm not sure how popular such a thing would be, but others can comment.

Might be a ‘can use if available’ thing, if relatively easy to implement.
