After upgrading to Bookends 13, an error message pop-up whenever I open Bookends or my library, I attached the pop-up window here:

What version are you upgrading from? If you still have it, I'd Rebuild or Repair the library in the older version, then upgrade. If you no longer have the old version of Bookends, send the original database (not the converted one) with version number information to tech support. We'll try to update it for you.

I'm upgrading from Bookends 12.8.4.
After reading your post, I re-install Bookends 12.8.4, and I can open my library with it. Then I Rebuild and Repair the library with 12.8.4. However, Bookends 13 still couldn't open that repaired library, the same error message persists. So I emailed my library (the one repaired with 12.8.4) to support@sonnysoftware.com. Thank you!
