Add a reference PDF then create new Entry....

If I use Mendeley to add a pdf from a reference site, on iOS, it automatically finds the associate reference (ocr scanning?).

In bookends I have to add/find the reference first then add the pdf file as an attachment. If I add the attachment first it’s usually file-named somenumber#.pdf going back in bookends iOS to add the reference to that seems not possible (unless you do a tedious manual entry) or nor does it auto find like Mendeley.

Am I missing something?

Autocomplete reference from the imported PDF (if doi or isbn can be parsed from the pdf) is planned in a future update.
