Duplicating Smart Groups and Smart Folders

Is there any way to duplicate Smart Groups and Smart Folders?

Creating a Smart Group with many search terms can be tedious. Often I need to create a new Smart Group which is almost identical to another Smart Group, except for one search term. Being able to duplicate an elaborated Smart Group and having to just change one item in the new group would save much time and tears.

Select a smart group and right-click on it. You have to option to copy it. Do that and right-click again -- you can paste the smart group. Now you have a duplicate.
