Autocomplete no longer shows title page

When I import a PDF and try to use the autocomplete function, I now just see a blank page instead of the title page, so there's no text to copy and paste into the text fields. But if I type something into the text fields, they still work. This problem may have started with the 13.2 update, but not sure.

1. If it's a very large PDF it may not render properly in versions of Bookends prior to 13.
2. Disable the Adobe PDF plugin if it's installed. See our FAQ.
