I am having sync problems and keep getting this message when I am using Bookends:
Have anyone else experienced the same and do you know how I can fix the problem?

The message explains it all. Move your Bookends library out of your Dropbox folder (or whatever service you use) to somewhere else (e.g. the Bookends folder, Documents, etc.). Then Cloud Sync will work.
