iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
So, I just downloaded iPad OS 13.1 and Bookends continues to be missing from the sharesheet. Interestingly, the sharesheet for IOS 13 contains 'Copy to Bookends' .
Has anyone been successful with workarounds?
Serge, pls explore this issue now that the production software has been released.

Re: iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
Can it be a local problem on your iPad? We just successfully sent a pdf from Safari to Bookends. Please try to backup your iPad and restore it to factory settings.
Re: iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
Hi. Question pls. Are you saying that ‘Copy to Bookends’ was visible on the Sharesheet?

Yes, it was visible and the PDF was successfully sent to Bookends where it was imported to a new reference.

Update on Sharesheet
Serge,
Given your recent message I upgraded my 'everyday' working iPad (11.9" Pro, 3G). Yes, 'Copy to Bookends' is present and functioning. As to iPad M5, will ultimately backup and reinstall, but only when I have enough time to attend to the various chores associated with restoration. But I will update you.
TY for your response to my messages.
Bookends is my 'Go-To App' and an important part of my workflow.
Best,
Les

I’m having the same issue on the iPhone running 13.1. Can’t find “copy to bookends” anywhere.

Did you have the Beta previously installed on your phone?

I’ve only installed versions directly from the public app store - so I don’t think so.
I reinstalled the app now hoping it would fix it but unfortunately it didn’t

Re: iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
There is a More button after all suggested apps, please look maybe Bookends should be enabled there.
Re: iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
I’ve looked, it’s not there unfortunately. I also looked under Actions and it’s not there either.
It seems to be an issue on the iPhone OS only since I just checked on my iPad - also updated to the last version of the OS - and Copy to Bookends is there!

Re: iPadOS 13.1 Copy to Bookends Missing on Sharesheet
There must be something else occurring. I had no issue with my iPhone, updating directly without having run the beta.
I also had no problem with my iPad Pro, also an update without having run the beta.
But, I did run the Beta on an iPad Mini 5 that lacked the copy to Bookends, per web wisdom, deleted the beta profile and upgraded and the sharesheet still lacks the copy to Bookends icon
I attempted a workaround in shortcuts and received an error message that either Bookends is not installed or was unable to open the .....pdf. I had posted that screenshot.
