Hi All,
I'm just learning bookends and I have a situation, I'm trying to resolve:
I have imported a dozen references which should share some keywords:
Half of them should have the associated keyword "software" and the other half should have the associated keyword "hardware".
What I want, for example, is the select all of the references that should have the software keyword, and then type "software" once and have the label apply to all of the selected items.
Am I missing something? Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Dianne
add keyword to multiple references
Re: add keyword to multiple references
Two ways off the top of my head:
1. Assuming they are already a keywords, Term List -> Keywords -> Drop on list with multiple references selected
2. Global Change -> Change Field.

Re: add keyword to multiple references
Thanks! I did the first:
Add keywords to a selected group:
Select a set of references to apply changes to. These will be in the hits list.
Window-->Term List-->Keyword
Select items in the keylist to work on.
Drag the term from the Term list onto the selection of references.
