Feature request: unique ID searching in floating citations

Post by Dullboy »

Could you add this feature? It's not complex but very powerful. e.g. I can copy a unique id in my word processor, and paste it in floating citations. So I can find what's the reference is. Searching author and date in floating citation will generate multiple results. Thanks!

You already can. Please see p.42 of the user guide. Precede the unique id with # (e.g. #14324) and press return to initiate the search.
